Hi,

For most of our licenses we had the machine locking set to 'single client machine' in the SKU. Now when I go to my SKUs the locking is showing as 'client machines'.If I go to edit a SKU and change the locking back to 'single client machine' it shows as 'single client machine' but when I click the save changes button it then reverts back to 'client machines'. How can this be fixed?

Thank you for your inquiry, we have done some testing regarding this, we can see some of the SKU's have this problem while the others don't.

Can you let us know what's the name of the SKU in question? It might be helpful for us to investigate the problem. Thanks in advance.

The two SKU's I looked at both had the issue. They were the SKU's ending in RETAIL and DEALER.

Thank you for your information. We have located the problem and fixed it.

The fix will come out with the new release we planned for tomorrow. When the release is live, we will provide further notice so you can then change the SKU to Single Machine Locked.

Hi Graham,

We can confirm that the new release 3.2.1930.79 is now live. If you login to the portal now, you should be able to change your SKU from machine locked to Single machine locked.

If you encounter any further problems then, please let us know.
