Yes, there are a number of facilities that SLP Services provides to enable you to control distribution of your application in this manner:-
First, you can specify when you create a license how many times it can be activated.
You can also lock the license to a particular machine, so that it couldn't be 'cloned' and used on a different computer.
Finally, you can also specify if your application can be installed on virtual machines or not, which is another way some people try to get around a restriction on installing on a single machine.
