Plan Details:
  • The Starter Pack is provided exclusively for software startups.
  • Eligibility is at the sole discretion of InishTech. The basic criteria are that:
    • Your core business is the development of commercial software and
    • You've been in business less than 3 years and
    • You have annual revenues of less than US $1 Million and
    • You're a privately held company.
    The Starter Pack includes the following service components:
    • A live Software Potential portal account for a single software product only.
    • A "sandbox" account for testing (if required).
    • Software licensing (all supported app. types incl. desktop, client/server, web, mobile, SaaS etc).
    • Software code protection (Single product only).
    • Dynamic software version / edition packaging / SKU management.
    • Licensing runtime APIs.
    • Silver support (updates / upgrades / forums / KB / FAQ's / Twitter & RSS feeds).
  • The Starter Pack can be enjoyed for a term of up to 2 years maximum.
  • You are free to upgrade to an alternative plan at any time subject to 30 days notice.
  • You may need to upgrade your plan at any time subject to your continuing eligibility for the plan.
  • Eligibility remains at the sole discretion of InishTech. Examples where an upgrade is required:
    • If the basic criteria for eligibility (see above) are no longer true.
    • If your Software Potential account breaches fair usage limitations (see below).
    • If your requirements extend beyond what is provided in the Starter Pack plan.
  • Starter Pack fees are by way of a low (fixed) flat monthly charge, inclusive of license activations.
  • Your account may be subject to fair usage limitations.
  • Charges are payable monthly or annually in advance.
  • New subscribers get the first 2 months free of charge.
  • If you previously did a free 30 day trial, you get 1 month free of charge.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to 30 days notice.
  • InishTech reserves the right to change the details of this plan without prior notice.
  • This plan is subordinate to the Software Potential Service Terms of Use and Support SLA.
