Our entry level package for ISVs that want to unlock the commercial potential in their software applications.

Full access to a complete set of Software Potential services for a single product / application, inclusive of web APIs and gold support.

Plan Details:
  • Software Potential Standard is our entry level package for ISVs.
  • As an ISV, your core business is the development of commercial software of any kind.
  • Our Standard package includes the following service components:
    • A live Software Potential portal account for a single product / application.
    • A "sandbox" account for testing (if required).
    • Software licensing (all supported app. types incl. desktop, client/server, web, mobile, SaaS etc).
    • Software code protection (for a single software product).
    • Dynamic software version / edition packaging / SKU management.
    • Runtime APIs.
    • Web APIs.
    • Gold support (email / updates / upgrades / forums / KB / FAQ's / Twitter & RSS feeds).
  • Fee & payment details for the Standard package:
    • Charges for the Standard package are by way of a fixed monthly subscription fee + variable activation fees that are based on a % of your Software Revennue
    • Activation fees are 1% of Software Revenue for commercial activations and 0.1% for non-commercial activations
    • Fixed and / or flat activation fees can be negotiated with InishTech
    • Annual or quarterly payment terms can also be agreed with InishTech
  • Your subscription automatically renews until it is either terminated or cancelled by either party.
  • We do an annual "account review" to reconcile your activation payments and to ensure your needs continue to be met by the plan you are on.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to 30 days notice.
  • InishTech reserves the right to change the details of this plan without prior notice.
  • This plan is subordinate to the Software Potential Service Terms of Use and Support SLA.
