Plan Details:
  • Software Potential Enterprise is for non-ISV customers. Example cases:
    • Software is an important part of your market proposition but is part of a larger technology solution you sell (e.g. high tech / electronics / communications or networking / engineering products etc.)
    • You're developing applications for use within your organisation or for limited external distribution. The applications may support your business but are non-commercial and not distributed to customers. 
  • Enterprise is purpose-built for each customer but typically includes the following service components:
    • A live Software Potential portal account for all of your products / applications.
    • A "sandbox" account for testing (if required).
    • Software licensing (all supported app. types incl. desktop, client/server, web, mobile, SaaS etc).
    • Software code protection for all of your products / applications.
    • Dynamic software version / edition packaging / SKU management.
    • Runtime APIs.
    • Web APIs.
    • Floating licensing service.
    • Gold support (email / updates / upgrades / forums / KB / FAQ's / Twitter & RSS feeds).
  • Fee & payment details for the Enterprise package are personalised to each customer
  • Your subscription automatically renews until it is either terminated or cancelled by either party.
  • We do an annual "account review" to ensure your needs are met by the plan you are on.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to 30 days notice.
  • InishTech reserves the right to change the details of this plan without prior notice.
  • This plan is subordinate to the Software Potential Service Terms of Use and Support SLA.
