Information about the connection server

Our company wants to use 'SLP Code Protector' to protect our product. However, when we open the 'SLP Code Protector' and input the right username and password in office, it cannot connect to server. Then I do a testing at home and find it can work correctly.

Finally I ask our internet support to resolve this problem and they tell me that the company network maybe blocks the server. So can you provide some information about the server? Which internet protocol and port are used for this server?

Code Protector (CP) connects to https://srv.softwarepotential.com.

It would be useful if you could supply the connection error message you get when you attempt to connect to the service.  This error message can be seen in Messages panel at the bottom half of the CP window.

Alternatively you can also send us a copy of your SLP log by selecting Tools option on the top menu and then copying and pasting the relevant part of the log file to a txt file which you can email to support@inishtech.com
