Creating a SKU for trial license with zero price

I have subscribed to your Starter Pack. I want to issue trial licenses with reduced functionality and watermarks. We do not charge anything for our trial application. Can I creat a Non-Commercial license with zero price? Would I be charged anything for license activation of these trials?
