InishTech is looking for experienced .NET developers to join the expanding team in Dublin

InishTech is an exciting, fast paced software products company headquartered in Dublin’s City Center.  Our SLP Services SaaS product suite provides critical licensing services to a growing base of .NET software developer and publishers around the world. We are currently recruiting the sharpest and brightest individuals to join our engineering team, based near Stephens Green, Dublin. If you are interested in challenging and varied work in an agile development environment and you meet the following criteria, InishTech would like to hear from you.

Do you want to?

  • Be a key member of a compact agile engineering team
  • Deliver ASP.NET and Desktop applications
  • Participate in end-to-end development activities, including story point estimation, automated testing and coding in 2 week iterations
  • Solve varied technical challenges in delivering high end SaaS applications
  • Use latest tools (currently Visual Studio 2008, TFS 2008, SQL Server 2008, xUnit.NET, refactoring tools)

You must have:

  • Minimum five years object-oriented (OO) development experience (with at least 2 years in .NET)
  • Deep knowledge of .NET CLR and framework internals
  • Strong understanding of OO design principles and design patterns
  • Used xUnit.net, NUnit or other unit test frameworks
  • Evidence of continuous professional development, such as involvement in user groups, reading books/articles/blogs/podcasts, participation in open source projects, etc. (Please specify in your application)
  • Drive to participate in an Agile Development team, taking pride in writing Clean Code

You may have:

  • Deep knowledge of IL Assembler, or Java byte code
  • Knowledge of design techniques such as DI/IoC, SOLID, DDD
  • Developed highly scalable and reliable web applications
  • Developed web front ends using one or more AJAX frameworks/libraries
  • Experience of working with security protocols and frameworks
  • Used mocking frameworks such as Moq or RhinoMocks
  • Exposure to Team System/TFS
  • Exposure to continuous integration practices and/or products
